Shipping to the UK: For orders under £30, shipping to the UK is £2.90. When you spend over £30, shipping to the UK is free.
International shipping varies and is calculated at checkout.

Depending on where you're shipping to, it's possible you will pay customs/duty. Any items shipped overseas may be liable for customs and duty payments.

Customs/duty payments are the buyers responsibility and are paid directly to your local collection company on import. Amounts will vary depending on your location and order total.

There are no customs payments for addresses in the UK.

Yes. All tracking information will be sent to your email when your item has been dispatched.

Delivery to the UK typically takes 2 - 5 business days.

Delivery to the Channel Islands typically takes 3 - 10 business days.

Delivery to Europe typically takes 7 - 18 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: In the instance that there are delays to delivery services that are out of our control, rest assured that your package can be tracked via the tracking link sent in your dispatch email.

Yes, all orders are shipped in a plain, unbranded mailing bag and inside, all items are wrapped in unbranded paper bags. There will be, however, a small flyer inside your package with our branding, care instructions and socials. This can be easily ripped up and discarded.

PLEASE NOTE: For international orders we are obligated to declare what is inside the package. The contents will be decribed on the customs form as 'clothing/apparel'. This displays on the outside of the package.

Our Casual Reign boxers are made from 95% cotton and 5% elastane. We chose these materials, as cotton is hypoallergenic, isn’t clingy and provides optimal comfort, whilst the elastane provides plenty of stretch, giving the boxers a cosy, loungewear-feel.

Our Casual Reign packers are made from 100% cotton and are stuffed with polyester fibre.

Please wash your Casual Reign packing underwear at 30⁰C on a gentle cycle and allow to air-dry.

Please do not tumble dry, bleach, or dry clean.

Please wash your Casual Reign Essential Packer on a cool wash or handwash with warm, soapy water.

Please do not tumble dry, bleach, iron or dry clean. We do not recommend using fabric softener in the same wash as this may break down the filling over time.

Due to the nature of our products at Casual Reign, returns are evaluated on a case by case basis. If you believe your item should be returned, we recommend getting in touch via email (hello@casualreign.co.uk), explaining any issues with the product and sending photos where required.

In any case, the packaging of your item must be in tact and the product must be unused, to be eligible for a return. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you have ordered the wrong item, please get in touch via email (hello@casualreign.co.uk) and we will seek to arrange for a return for you.

Once the returned item has arrived at our warehouse, we will process a refund. You can then repurchase the correct item from our shop.

Only unworn and unpackaged items can be returned.

In the unlikely event that something is incorrect with your order, for example: missing/defective items, please get in touch via email (hello@casualreign.co.uk). In your email, please explain the reason for your message and provide photos where necessary. Our team will then be in touch within 48 hours, with a solution.

To ensure that you select the best size for your body, please see our size guide. We highly recommend that you take a look at your leg and waist measurements, as these vary across sizes.
