Shipping policy

Typically, all orders are fulfilled within 2 business days. Regardless, all items purchased from Casual Reign will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday. Business hours are 9am-5pm. This is based on UK timings.

All orders will be shipped via the shipping option you select at checkout or the best alternative. If no choice is offered at checkout, shipping will be selected for you by Casual Reign and items will typically be sent via a standard service from Royal Mail, Evri or DPD. Tracking will be provided in your shipping email.

All products are sent in discrete packaging such as a plain mailer bag or plain box. For UK orders, our name 'Casual Reign' may appear on the shipping label. No other information will be visible on the exterior of the package. For international orders, Casual Reign must inform customs what is inside the package. For clothing items, this will be listed as 'Clothing/Apparel'. For skincare products, this will show as 'Skincare'. This will show on the package. Our business name 'Casual Reign' may also display on the label.
