This website is operated by Casual Reign. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Casual Reign. Casual Reign offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

In no case shall Casual Reign, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, Service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not claim any liability for harm that comes from misusing the site or services that Casual Reign provides. Keep all products away from children. Keep all products away from fire.

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Casual Reign and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, Service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

SECTION 20 - REWARDS PROGRAMME - 'CASUAL REIGN REWARDS'

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participation instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Participants should retain a copy for their information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering into this rewards promotion, entrants confirm that they have read the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the Casual Reign Rewards Programme. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the rewards programme, applicants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA

1. The Casual Reign Rewards Programme is open to any UK or EU members who register and purchase any Casual Reign products via the “casualreign.co.uk site” which can be found at: https://www.casualreign.co.uk/
2. Applicants must be aged 18 or over to register and join the Casual Reign Rewards Programme.
3. Under the Casual Reign Rewards Programme, members can collect and redeem their points as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
4. Internet access, personal information details, proof or purchase/receipts and a genuine email account which will generate a membership identification are all required to join and benefit from the programme.
5. The rewards promotion is an ongoing programme, which will remain active until further notice. In the event of the programme coming to an end, all members will be notified via email and have a minimum of 15 days to use points and complete any outstanding transactions. In the event that the site is shut down, users will still be given a minimum of 5 days to use their points.

 HOW TO JOIN

1. Applicants can become a Casual Reign Rewards member by registering at https://www.casualreign.co.uk
2. To become a member, one has to create or upgrade the applicant’s account, so the applicant must provide their first name, last name and email address. By registering on the casualreign.co.uk website, participants will be automatically enrolled in the Rewards Programme.
3. Should any of the following occur, the Promoter reserves the right to terminate membership and revoke any reward points gained:

a. The member fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

b. The member supplies false or misleading information.

c. The member abuses or misuses any membership privileges of the rewards programme.

d. The member is involved in any act of fraud, theft, or dishonesty.

1. The member must ensure that their contact details are kept updated, specifically their email address and mobile phone number. To update their email, members must contact Casual Reign via email: hello@casualreign.co.uk.
2. The member must keep any membership number or password secure and should not disclose this to anyone else. If the member knows, or suspects that the password has been stolen or compromised, or that anyone other than the member has knowledge of their membership identification code or password, the member should notify the Customer Service Centre and change your password on their Rewards Account as soon as possible. 

COLLECTING REWARD POINTS

1. Rewards can be earned, or collected, by the following means:

a. Making purchases — every time you make a valid purchase you earn points based on the price of products purchased. These points will be added to your Reward Balance.

b. Registering for the Rewards Programme.

c. Subscribing to the Mailing List for the first time.

d. Following or liking Casual Reign accounts on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

e. Referring a friend - rewards given once an order has successfully gone through using the unique referral generated through the pop-up. 

1. By making a purchase on the casualreign.co.uk website, registered members will earn Rewards points for future transactions. These are calculated at one (1) point for every £1 spent. Where a product’s value is not a whole pound, the number of awarded points will be rounded down to the nearest pound. These reward points can then be applied to future orders. 
2. Register an account by following the ‘Join program’ instructions on the website, agreeing to the specific terms and conditions and data privacy policy. On the completion of the application, once new members register, they will receive 10 points.
3. Subscribe to our Mailing List - earn 10 points for subscribing to the mailing list. You can join or cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time via the 'Unsubscribe' link in emails or by contacting Casual Reign.
4. Follow or Like our pages across social media. To redeem points for this action, follow the prompts within the Reward Programme pop-up. 5 points are added for each completed action.
5. Referring a friend - earn £5.00 to spend across the casualreign.co.uk website for each completed referral. Referrals are completed when your referral completes an order on the website via checkout, using your unique link. The referred party will also get £5.00 off their first purchase. Minimum spend applies of £5.00 for each transaction.

FURTHER REWARD TERMS

1. Rewards points have no physical monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. Reward members have the ability to view and manage points through your rewards account. From your rewards account you will be able to view your total points and whether you have reached the minimum points limit. 

USING REWARD POINTS

1. Reward points are only redeemable as a discount in the checkout area of the website and are only available for registered users (who are logged in at the time of purchase). If you have accumulated enough points to redeem them, you will have the option of using points alongside the payment methods.
2. To use your points, swap your points balance for one of the preselected amounts available in your account. Once redeemed, copy the code generated and apply this at checkout. To use the rewards, you will need to meet any minimum purchase amounts required. The minimum purchase amount is the amount of rewards you have. For example: £5 store credit - £5 minimum purchase. Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with card payment methods only and cannot be combined with any other offer.
3. Minimum redemption is 50 points in any one transaction.
4. Cancelling/leaving or avoiding participation of the membership – if you wish to leave the Casual Reign Rewards programme, you must request your account to be deleted. Get in touch via email: hello@casualreign.co.uk and we will remove your account. If you do not apply your reward points to a particular transaction, your points and any gained will still be available/ added to use on any future purchases

 

General

1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any and all usage of the Casual Reign Rewards Programme including, but not limited to, any purchase using the correct identity, and to refuse to award a points, or withdraw membership entitlement, or refuse further participation in the Rewards Programme where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any instructions forming part of this Rewards Programme, or otherwise where a member has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Rewards Programme. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decision, and these will be binding.
2. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the reward promotion and the auditing of the purchases or further information forwarded where necessary and for no other purpose unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. Your data will be shared with Lemonade Box and our referral app, Joy. As part of this Rewards Programme, if you are not opted-in into our general marketing email, you will still receive emails/messages for this Rewards Programme only to let you know about ongoing relevant information. 3. Limitations of Liability: Neither the Promoter nor the rewards promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:

a. Any incorrect or inaccurate submission during the registration process, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.

b. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of data at any point in the operation of this Promotion.

c. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion.

d. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.

1. Regretfully, the Promoter cannot be held liable for system failures on the website.
2. Conduct of Participation: Participants of the Rewards Programme agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. If for any reason any aspect of this Rewards Programme is not capable of running as planned due to events outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the programme with 15 days notice, or invalidate any affected entries (this includes, without limitation, by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion). During any termination period and prior to closure reward members will have the opportunity to redeem any accumulated reward points.
4. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
5. The Casual Reign Rewards Programme and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country and any disputes as to the meaning of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participants’ local courts.
6. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this rewards promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Rewards Programme, to suspend or remove any rewards or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
